In a sustainable abortion ecosystem, government stakeholders prioritize sexual and reproductive health and rights by respecting, protecting and fulfilling human rights obligations, and ensure meaningful access to comprehensive abortion care for all who need it. For sustainability, there must be effective abortion champions at all levels of government and the health sector.
